MAIN SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TERMS

We only ship to the Continental US, US territories, APO addresses and Canada. No other international shipments available.

All orders received on business days (i.e. Monday through Friday) are shipped within 24 hours after they are received. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
- Day in which order is shipped is not considered a day in transit.
- We don't provide Saturday or Sunday delivery. Orders are delivered only on business days.
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Texas residents must pay an 8.25% tax on all orders.

*Please note that US Shipping includes its territories and APO addresses.
**Express charges for shipping pinatas are substantially higher than standard ground service. The express freight charge total shown at time of checkout needs to be adjusted only if your order includes a pinata. This charge has NOT YET BEEN ADDED to your shipping total, and will be manually added at time your order is shipped.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
We ship from two warehouses. Your order may contain some products shipped from one warehouse, and some products from another. If so, this will be indicated on the packing slip, so don’t panic if your entire order doesn’t arrive in the same box.
CLAIMS FOR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
Our carriers offer a reliable service that allows us to track when orders are delivered. However, if you would like to sign the package's receipt, please check the box for "Sign Package's Receipt" during checkout. An additional $1.95 fee will be manually added to your order. (This additional fee won't be reflected on your Order Confirmation email.)
No refunds will be applied to your credit card for undelivered package claims if this option is not selected.
