You will find there all orders that you have placed during the past month. Click on the View order button to view the Order Details page.

Once there click on the TRACK YOUR PACKAGE link. If this doesn't redirect you the the carrier's website, please visit the carrier's website and track your order using the number next the the TRACK YOUR PACKAGE link.

If you wish to return a product you must send your claim towithin 5 days after receipt of your order. Refund not applicable if claim is not sent during this time period.

  • A traceable shipping method must be used to send your return for refund to be applicable.

    Pinatas.com offers a cost-effective way to reach our visitors. Our typical visitor to our site is female, between 20-45 years old, lives in US, and has one or more children. She is on our site shopping for party supplies for her child’s birthday party or any other special ocassion.

    Pinatas.com and it's family of 90 sites currently get about 200,000 unique visitors per month, and between 12,000,000- 24,000,000 page views per month. If your target market is mothers, then our advertising should prove to be a good value for you!

    Our basic advertising package includes a 144 x 52 image banner placed on our left navigation menu below the fold. This left navigation menu is visible on most of our page views throughout our site. We may rotate your ad with other advertisers. The cost for the ad is $195 per month, and the minimum commitment is three months, paid in advance. We can have your advertisement banner up within two working days of receiving your banner and payment. Payment can be made through Paypal or by credit card.
