If you are not completely satisfied with our merchandise, you must contact us within 5 days after receipt of your order. You may call us at 888-746-2827 or send your claim to webrep@pinatas.com and let us know the reason why you want to return your order:
1. Satisfaction Guarantee: Every order we ship is 100% guaranteed to satisfy you, our customer. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, please return product in its original carton within 5 days of your receipt and we will gladly issue a credit to your credit card for the product's price upon receipt of the returned merchandise in our warehouse (freight charges won't be refunded).
Returned costumes must be in their original package and in resalable condition.
2. No-Bust Guarantee: Your pinata is guaranteed to arrive at your door damage-free. If by any chance you receive a damaged pinata please contact us and we'll file a claim with our carrier. Simply provide us with an image of damaged pinata and, upon receipt of this image, we will gladly either issue a credit to your credit card, or, if you choose, we will re-ship a new pinata to you. Pinata would be shipped using GROUND SERVICE ONLY.
NOTE: You must report any claims for damaged merchandise within 5 days after receipt of your order.
3. Shortages: Merchandise that is received short will be gladly and promptly re-shipped using GROUND SERVICE only or you may have your account credited for shortages.
4. Late Delivery: If you're returning merchandise because it was delivered late, even if we shipped it within the specified 24 hours, your credit card will be credited for the amount of merchandise only. We are not responsible for carriers' late deliveries.
NOTE: If you decide to refuse any shipments from pinatas.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Pinatas.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Before you place an order for a custom made piņata, please be aware that custom work is not returnable. We make our best efforts to create our piņatas as close in likeness as possible to the image or object you provide us to work with. However, all custom made piņatas are left up to the interpretation of our piņata makers. We're sorry, but we cannot make any refunds on either the custom made piņata or freight.

All designs on this site are property of Pinatas.com. From time to time it is necessary to substitute colors of pinatas as shown on these pages. All pinatas are individually hand made by artisans in Mexico, and, therefore, there are slight variations from one pinata to another.
If you must have your pinata EXACTLY of the same color as shown on site, please let us know on the "comments" section of order form during checkout.
