VOLLEY BALLOON
Each contestant must link an arm with his partner, leaving just one hand free to bat a balloon so it won't fall to the floor. Each pair has to race to a finish line, volleying their balloons all the while. If a balloon touches the ground at any point along the way, that team must run back to the starting line and begin again.
BALLOON DROP MATCH
A great New Year's Eve party idea is to hang a blanket or net from the ceiling, attached from 4 corners. Put colored balloons inside the net, same amount for each color. Organize children in groups and tell each group to choose a color. They will have to get as many balloons as they can in the color they chose in as little time as possible. But here's the catch: While trying to get the balloons in the color they chose, they will have to break balloons in any other color! This way, the group that ends up first with the most balloons in their bag wins. Note: Groups cannot try breaking the balloons of opponents once they are inside the bags.
