    Treasure Hunt for a
    Pirate Party
A treasure hunt is a great idea for a pirate birthday party. Organize a treasure hunt with a map and pirate flags showing the way to clues. Remember to make easy clues that children can solve to get a step closer to the treasure. Add excitement to this adventure with a pirate pinata standing on their way and a treasure chest pinata at the end of the journey. Fill your pinata with coins and candy.

Craft Activity for a Bob the Builder Party
Have children make a card on the construction theme. Let them shape a city with colored pieces of cardboard on a sheet of paper. For the youngest kids you can have the cardboard already cut into shapes. These will make great party favors for the kids!

    Lost Dog Game
Players stand in a ring facing inwards. The leader stands in the center. She addresses one of the players, saying, "I've lost my dog." The player asks, "What is it like?" The leader describes any other person in the ring. When the questioner guesses the identity of the person described, the one described leaves her place and is followed round the circle by the questioner, (meanwhile, the leader takes the place of either one.) Both run in the same direction, each trying to get to the only free space left. The one left without a space becomes the leader.

    Apple of Discord
Each couple holds an apple between their foreheads. The leader gives the commands: "Three steps to the left!", "Three steps to the right!", "Squat!", "Jump!" etc. The couples must fulfill them and if the apple drops they are out.

    Apple of Desire
Have guests stand in 2 lines. If the line begins with a woman, a man must stand next, then a woman, and so on. The first in line must hold an apple between chin and chest. When the leader gives the word, the first person in each line must pass the apple to the next person, who must grab it between chin and chest as well. If the apple falls, it must go back to the beginning of the line! The winning group is the first that manages to have the apple reach the end of the line. No hands or teeth allowed!
