Giant Dice Race
Find two big cubic boxes (or at least two boxes that have the same shape and size) and wrap them in white paper. Draw the numbers (from 1 to 6 points, as in dice) on each face with a black marker.
Divide children in two teams. Teams must line up and stand about 20 feet away from each other. One player from each team must throw the dice at the same time. The team whose dice has the highest number must try to catch the players from the other team before they can reach a safe point (e.g. a tree). The players caught will form part of the opposite team.
Homemade bingo
Plan a bingo for children! You can make the bingo set yourself. Make bingo cards out of cardboard. Instead of bingo balls you can write the numbers on small pieces of paper, fold them up and put them in a bag. Shake the bag before getting a number out.
A great idea for a casino party is to make party money. Children (and even adults) will love winning party money that they can change for prizes at the end of the party. Draw some bank notes on a sheet of paper with different dollar amounts and the picture and name of the birthday person on them. Make copies and cut out the bank notes.
Let adults play their favorite card games at your casino party. Remember to set a gambling table with cards and chips.
